WordPress activity log, monitoring and updates for agencies Know what changed before it broke.

A client calls: "the site is broken". WPLogbook already shows what changed, what it caused and how to fix it. One timeline for every WordPress site you run.

A client site breaks. Then the afternoon is gone.

The update log is in one tool. The errors in another. Uptime in a third. Each holds half the story, so you click through all of them while your client waits.

SubjectCheckout is working again

Hi Emma,

Between 14:06 and 14:12 today, the checkout on brightwater-yoga.com showed an error after an automatic plugin update. We rolled the update back at 14:12. Checkout has worked normally since.

We'll hold that update until a fixed version is out.

Good maintenance looks like nothing happened. Until the care report lands.

On the first of every month, the record becomes a care report for each client: a PDF with your logo, in English or Dutch. What you did, and what it prevented. So the care plan renews on facts.

Entry 0008 · the day it gets serious

When someone points at you, the record answers.

Hosts, plugin vendors, freelancers and clients all touch the site. One neutral record ends the discussion on facts.

Blamed for a broken site?

Show who changed what, and when. Entries leave the server the moment they happen and are hash-chained, so a gap or an edit shows.

A security questionnaire from an insurer?

Export evidence of every update, patch and check in minutes. Evidence for NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act, from the record itself.

A site changes hands?

The logbook belongs to the site, like a car's service history. Hand it over in full, so the next person starts informed.

And on quiet days? Silence. WPLogbook stays quiet by default and only speaks up when something needs you.

Questions agencies ask before they switch

What is WPLogbook?

WPLogbook is an activity log, error tracker and uptime monitor for WordPress in one timeline. It records every update, error, login and file change on every site you run, and lets you update, roll back and report to clients from the same screen. It's made for agencies and freelancers, in the Netherlands, with all data kept in the EU.

How much does WPLogbook cost?

Free for up to 3 sites. After that €4 per site per month for everything in Crew, or €3 per site from 50 sites. The first 50 agencies in the Founding Crew pay €2.50 per site, locked for life. Extras we add later, like daily backups, are priced separately. All prices exclude VAT.

We already use an update tool. Do we have to switch?

No. Keep it while you try us. WPLogbook can run updates and rollbacks too, so you can move over when you're ready.

Where do the logs live?

In the EU. Not "mostly". Not "by default". Always. We're a Dutch company on EU-owned hosting.

What does the plugin send, and when?

Nothing until you connect the site yourself. After that: updates, errors, uptime, logins by your team, file and settings changes. Never your visitors. The plugin is open source, so you can check.

Does Tally change things on its own?

No. Tally shows the entries behind every suggestion. A human decides.

What does Tally do with our data?

Tally only reads the record of your own sites. It runs on AI models hosted in the EU, and nobody uses your data or your clients' data to train AI. You can switch Tally off per site, and everything else keeps working.

What if it's not for us?

Then you've paid nothing. Export your record in an open format and go.
